Student involvement is a key part of what we do. Our peer education groups are governed for students, by students. Anger Management Student Group
The Department of Alcohol and Other Drug Services is offering a new Anger Management Group to help student focus on alternative way of dealing with anger.
- Group Meets:
Thursdays, from 4:30 to 5:30pm
Wilson Hall (South A), Room 128
- Topics include:
Recognizing signals of anger
Managing anger effectively
Developing self control
Relaxation skills
